All in all, Accidentally in Love was light and very easy to digest. It delivered a lot of laughs, a lot of romance, absolute cuteness and great music — everything that a good romcom should be. Its the gift that keeps on giving because of its positive message. I hope Guo Junchen and Sun Yi Ning land more leading roles in the future after this series. They deserve it.
All in all, I felt that AHS Apocalypse was a strong installment to the franchise and utilized its well oiled cast very well as it always has. However, I felt at times, that the storytelling was lopsided and forced to accommodate the elements from the previous installments and the sentimentality of this connection kept the show on delivering the finale that it was hyping up for the past eight years.
All in all, Veronica is not a hard core horror film but it was well made and took its time to establish an affinity for a strong central character in the titular role. You can’t watch this film and not feel for her.
All in all, I have no doubt that The Haunting of Hill House has set a new bar for horror franchises for television with this 10-episode series. No cheap thrills for this one, but it gets viewers invested in the characters and makes them care what happens to these unfortunate souls after all they have been through. Its dark and sinister and its refreshing at the same time. Its weird to describe it like that but that’s that.
All in all, there was not enough time for Bleach to really tell its story but it did well enough with the time it was allotted. I think fans like myself would be satisfied with the approach but because we know what’s coming, we feel like there’s still a lot missing. Still, it was a good start — not yet an epic one, but it created enough excitement about what’s to come and that’s a success in my book.
It took me a while to finish the latest version of Meteor Garden compared to my previous dramas […]
All in all, I give #ToAllTheBoysIveLovedBefore a thumbs up. Its not rocket science but it manages to deliver on a feel-good romantic comedy and reminds us all what its like to be confused and in love for the first time.
After I’ve seen The Kissing Booth in its entirety, I am impressed by the simple, formulaic rom com that held its own in terms of originality. Plus, its stars are all super cute.
All in all, Forgotten was a dark and sinister tale of two innocents who unwittingly become victims of a cruel twist of fate — two pure hearts who are tested by destiny until their paths once again cross. Forgotten was aptly named, and perfectly executed an elaborate plot that remained consistent from start to finish.
All in all, I am not a Robot’s main strength was the strong casting. Despite the overly lengthy dialogues, despite the poor character development and scenes that made no sense, I liked that the cast managed to gel together and pull out performances that made the audience care about what happens to them. It was a good rom com. It delivered on the happy feels and the romance but I wouldn’t go so far as to rank it among my favorites. Not yet at “Yeppo” (Pretty) level for me but it was a solid series. No doubt.
