All in all, Eli Roth managed to sate his penchant for blood and gore with pumpkins that spewed out their crushed insides and a decaying evil wizard who had rotten teeth, although it was not as his usual level of horror. Overall, the CGI was good and the magic was there too that would keep children and adults alike entertained for its 1 hour and 45 minute run. Its a good adaptation of the 1973 book by Jonathan Bellairs but I wouldn’t say that this was my favorite kids’ movie. Still, it was a passable one.

All in all, Ocean’s 8 was not a bad movie at all. Its just that the first movies set the bar too high that it became too much for the spinoff to meet. It was a good attempt to showcase women empowerment though and it gets my respect for that.
All in all, “Thor: Ragnarok” had a fun premise. It was also the best out of the three Thor movies if you ask me. I loved that it had great cinematography, a cool soundtrack, a solid cast of characters which equated to a great and entertaining movie. Still, overall, I couldn’t get rid of the feeling that if “Thor: Ragnarok” just dialed down on the comedy a bit and put actually put some depth into the plot, it would have been epic.
