For a movie that had limited locations, a small number of actors and a rather limited budget, director Oriol Paulo truly did a magnificent job with this compelling mystery. The Invisible Guest will definitely keep you on your toes until the very last second.

Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes Review

Bundy will forever be etched in history as one of the most notorious serial killers in history because he is the poster boy for the saying that one should not judge a book by its cover. The evil that he has committed and his obvious pride at what he has accomplished is a terrifying wake up call that transcends generations. As much as I would want to judge him with compassion, it would be far too difficult to do so, knowing what he has done and what future he deprived those women of when he ended their lives. Still, he may have gotten his wish in the end. He made a name for himself alright, only, not as a revered public figure, but rather a reviled character that nightmares are made of. 

The Smile Has Left Your Eyes: Korean Drama Review

All in all, I was completely blown away by the entire production. It was very simple but it was perfectly paced and set up just right. It had just the right amount of push and pull to keep audiences hooked and I, for one, was at the edge of my seat the entire time, rooting for a happy end for these three characters I have come to love in a small period of time. The Smile Has Left Your Eyes is quite different from what I would normally invest my time on but it was a series that left its mark on me. It was brilliant.

American Horror Story Apocalypse: Review

All in all, I felt that AHS Apocalypse was a strong installment to the franchise and utilized its well oiled cast very well as it always has. However, I felt at times, that the storytelling was lopsided and forced to accommodate the elements from the previous installments and the sentimentality of this connection kept the show on delivering the finale that it was hyping up for the past eight years. 

Santa Clarita Diet: Series Review

All in all, I much enjoyed Santa Clarita Diet. It was hilarious but had its fair share of danger. It was light but it was touching and had in its core the essence of family and friendship. It was very entertaining with a very strong cast that I would very much like to see in a fresh season. Too bad I have to wait another year (at least) to binge watch again.
