All in all, Crash Landing on You is one of the best Kdramas I’ve seen. Its definitely way up there in my Top 5. It not only ticked all of the boxes of a good drama but it even upped the game some more. It will be tough to top this one because there is too much to love.
Hello guys! We’re in for a treat today because I’ve asked my good friend (and fellow Kdrama addict) […]
There’s something quite endearing about tVn’s Drunk in Good Taste aka Let’s Eat Dessert, a web series about […]
All in all, Her Private Life was so much more that its fangirling concept. It was an engaging journey about finding love, redemption, endings and beginnings in the most unexpected places. It doesn’t take an overly complicated plot or tons of kissing scenes (although the good news is that Her Private Life has plenty) to make a wonderful Kdrama work. A well planned story, with the addition of a great cast, great script and great soundtrack makes for a memorable Kdrama and this one is it.
All in all, Touch Your Heart delivered an honest, heartwarming, simple but effective love story portrayed by characters that also touch the hearts of the viewers. The final scene and dialogue, in particular perfectly captured the essence of the show. I have nothing but glowing words for this series and sincerely hope that Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na will work on another project like this one because their chemistry is just too strong to ignore.
All in all, I was completely blown away by the entire production. It was very simple but it was perfectly paced and set up just right. It had just the right amount of push and pull to keep audiences hooked and I, for one, was at the edge of my seat the entire time, rooting for a happy end for these three characters I have come to love in a small period of time. The Smile Has Left Your Eyes is quite different from what I would normally invest my time on but it was a series that left its mark on me. It was brilliant.
