All in all, Our Beloved Summer is a beautiful tale about knowing your worth, recognizing love and dealing with pain, and just knowing that its never to wrong to reach out and ask for help when you need it. It speaks to every one of us, and that is a testament to some excellent writing by Lee Na Eun and directing from Kim Yoon Jin.

All in all, the Twilight franchise was not the best book to movie adaptations out there. At some point, you would want to hit your head on a wall for even bothering to get yourself roped into watching of the movies but they were not completely horrible. They had their moments when they made sense. They were entertaining and good for a couple of laughs. It just felt like I was watching a very long Dulcolax (laxative) commercial.
Without giving the ending away, The Craft: Legacy was pretty tame. It wasn’t memorable. It was a far cry from the original although as a standalone, it was not a bad movie. It was a passable follow up to the original — the type where it doesn’t matter if it is added to the franchise or forgotten completely. It’s fatal flaw? The movie played it too safe.
Fans initially rejoiced seeing the two co-stars together in real life after the tragic end to their love story in Crash Landing on You.
Lupin is a great way to spend hours of your spare time, but because of its length, it only manages to touch on the surface. Its pretty light for a crime mystery but has its own laid back charm. I would like to see how Season 2 plays out now that Assane’s identity is clear to both his enemies and a few select members of the French police.
Excuse me Miss, Miss, Miss was an entertaining watch for sure. I understood what it was getting at but I’m not sure if it made as much impact as it should.
I was a big fan of what this movie was trying to say. Free of artifice, it was scary because it resonates with anyone who has ever suffered in life. 12 Suicidal Teens had no love story, no kawaii subtext but the journey of these teens in one afternoon, could just as well be anyone’s journey.
So by its end, was there really a connection among the killings in Kuwaresma? Was the ending justified? Was the demon finally dead? These are questions I have no more patience answering after the film wasted over two hours of my time. Pro Tip: Find something better to spend your time on because these are 115 minnutes of your life that you will never get back.
The script seemed solid enough but if you’ve hung out in forums and discussion boards in the past two years or so, some arguments will seem familiar to you.
And while I consider myself quite competent when it comes to comic book mythology (thanks to those Marvel playing cards that I used to pore over when I was in high school), the Marvel Cinematic Universe can be quite overwhelming to newcomers. But of you really, really want to be able to understand the final installment in MCU’s third phase — that’s Avengers: Endgame in plain talk, the Russo Brothers recently shared that you need to watch at least these four movies, just to be on the same page.
